An undisclosed company is recruiting a Showroom Manager through Fadac Resources and Services for Gwarinpa, Abuja.

Position overview

To oversee the daily operations of its showroom in Gwarinpa, Abuja.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving showroom sales, managing the retail

sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining effective product displays,

monitoring inventory, and ensuring the showroom consistently meets its sales and operational targets.

Candidates must reside in or around Gwarinpa, Abuja, or within a reasonable commuting distance of the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of. the showroom and ensure smooth and efficient running of activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual showroom sales
• targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their showroom experience.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely and professional resolution.
• Ensure sales staff have adequate knowledge of the company’s products, features, benefits, specifications, and pricing.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Ensure all products are properly displayed, clearly priced, and presented according to company standards.
• Ensure demonstration units are functional, clean, and available for customers.
• Monitor showroom cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with relevant teams for timely replenishment.
• Support regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation and report discrepancies.
• Analyze customer buying patterns and provide management with feedback on customer preferences and product demand.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the area.
• Prepare regular sales and showroom performance reports.
• Train and coach sales staff on product knowledge, customer service, and effective selling techniques.
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail sales, showroom management, or a similar role.
• Previous experience managing a sales team is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in electronics, home appliances, consumer goods, or a related retail environment will be an advantage.

• Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
