Social Media Manager at Royale Resources & Consults – Lekki, Lagos State

Royale Resources & Consults is recruiting a full-time Social Media Manager in Lekki, Lagos, to plan campaigns, manage digital channels and strengthen audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver social-media strategies and advertising campaigns.
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok accounts.
• Prepare monthly content calendars and create and publish copy, graphics, short videos and reels.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries and cultivate relationships with followers and potential customers.
• Research digital trends, competitive activity and industry developments.
• Coordinate campaigns with marketing and management colleagues and maintain brand consistency.
• Use analytics to report campaign effectiveness, audience growth, leads, enquiries, response times and engagement rates.
• Develop ideas that improve reach, brand awareness and measurable business outcomes.

Performance measures

Results will be assessed through follower and reach growth, engagement, content consistency and quality, leads generated, advertising effectiveness, response times, brand awareness and monthly social-media targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, Media Studies or a relevant discipline.
• One to three years’ relevant social-media, digital marketing or content-creation experience, including business accounts and a portfolio of work.
• Ability to use social-media analytics and paid-advertising platforms.
• Strong writing, creativity, storytelling, communication, planning and customer-service skills.
• Graphic-design skills with tools such as Canva or Photoshop, and video-editing skills using CapCut or similar software.
• Professionalism, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Digital marketing certification, related creative training or experience in consulting, recruitment or HR is an advantage.
