Social Media Manager at Scentimental – Lagos
Scentimental seeks a hybrid Social Media Manager in Lagos to lead social storytelling, community engagement and commercially focused content across its Nigerian and UK audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage publishing calendars and daily activity across relevant social channels.
- Turn marketing plans and brand priorities into engaging platform-specific posts and campaigns.
- Write captions, respond to community messages and customer enquiries and coordinate influencer collaborations.
- Support launches and user-generated content while protecting the brand’s premium presentation.
- Analyse reach, engagement, audience growth and conversions to improve content performance.
- Monitor platform trends and adapt plans appropriately.
Requirements
- At least three years of social-media management experience, preferably with a lifestyle, luxury, beauty, fashion or consumer brand.
- Confident writing, storytelling, content planning and hands-on delivery.
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Ability to interpret analytics and connect social activity with business results.
- Proactive organisation and careful attention to detail.
