An asset-financing company is recruiting a Social Media Support & Lead Capture Intern in Ikeja, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries on social platforms, including direct messages and comments.
- Explain products, promotions, hire-purchase plans and investment offerings, referring complex issues to colleagues.
- Capture prospects’ contact information, location and areas of interest.
- Enter, update and categorise leads accurately in Zoho CRM, avoiding duplicate records.
- Monitor lead activity, prepare summaries and share customer feedback with sales and marketing colleagues.
Requirements
- Current student or recent graduate interested in sales, marketing or customer service.
- Clear written communication in standard English and Pidgin.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
- Attention to detail, basic computing skills and willingness to learn Zoho CRM.
- Reliable time management and ability to meet response deadlines.
