Customer Experience Lead at Studyin – Victoria Island
Studyin is recruiting a full-time Customer Experience Lead in Victoria Island, Lagos, to improve the student and partner journey from first contact to enrolment.
Responsibilities
- Map and review the end-to-end student journey through counselling, university application, visa support and pre-departure services.
- Document the experiences of university and agent partners, parents, schools and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor communications and handovers to ensure clear expectations and timely service.
- Design automated satisfaction surveys, post-consultation feedback and Net Promoter Score assessments.
- Analyse feedback, build monthly customer-experience dashboards and recommend improvements.
- Design and manage a grievance resolution process with root-cause tracking and service-level follow-up.
- Work with quality assurance, compliance and marketing teams on advocacy, referrals and testimonials.
- Train customer-facing colleagues in service standards and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- A first-class or second-class upper (2:1) academic degree in any discipline.
