Stakeholder Management Officer at an Undisclosed EPCM Company via BA Gladiators – Abuja

An undisclosed EPCM and project management company is recruiting a full-time Stakeholder Management Officer in Abuja through BA Gladiators Limited. The position combines institutional relationship management with tender and proposal support.

Responsibilities

• Identify relevant internal and external stakeholders and keep records of contacts and relationships.
• Develop and maintain engagement with government bodies, regulators, clients, partners, industry groups and host communities.
• Coordinate meetings, consultations and follow-up actions, addressing issues diplomatically.
• Support tenders, expressions of interest, requests for proposals, pre-qualification submissions and bid materials.
• Work with business development, technical, project, finance and management teams to keep bid communications aligned.
• Monitor stakeholder commitments, project concerns and relationship opportunities, providing updates to management.

Requirements

• B.Sc or BA in Public Administration, Political Science, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• Three to six years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, government relations, business development or bids and tenders.
• Evidence of successful stakeholder relationships and contributions to proposals or tenders.
• An established public-sector or industry network is advantageous.
• NIPR, APMP or related professional certification is an advantage.
• Diplomacy, initiative, communication, problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
