Project Manager at an Undisclosed Consultancy via BA Gladiators – Abuja
An undisclosed project management consultancy is recruiting a full-time Project Manager in Abuja through BA Gladiators Limited. The role is responsible for client projects from definition and planning through execution and close-out.
Responsibilities
- Define scope, deliverables, milestones, assumptions and project constraints.
- Prepare practical execution plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans and risk registers.
- Lead technical, procurement, construction and subcontractor teams across project assignments.
- Monitor schedules, costs, quality, safety and delivery performance; take corrective action when problems arise.
- Coordinate client communications, project meetings and progress reporting.
- Manage change requests, documentation, stakeholder expectations and contractual obligations.
- Ensure timely, safe and properly documented project handover and close-out.
Requirements
- B.Eng or B.Sc in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, Architecture, Construction, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Five to twelve years’ project management consulting experience.
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects; exposure to several industries and client advisory work is advantageous.
- Strong planning, leadership, commercial judgement, problem-solving and reporting skills.
- Ability to deliver in a lean team and take ownership of safety, budget and milestones.
