Store Manager at Vantegral Consulting – Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Vantegral Consulting is recruiting a full-time, on-site Store Manager in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos. The position oversees store operations, stock records, inventory security and employees.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily store activities and supervise store staff.
- Receive, store, issue and replenish stock while maintaining accurate records.
- Monitor stock availability and minimise shortages, losses and damage.
- Carry out stocktaking exercises and reconcile physical inventory with records.
- Maintain orderly storage and safeguard stock and inventory documentation.
- Work with procurement and other teams on stock needs and prepare movement reports.
- Enforce relevant store procedures and company policies.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least three years of experience in store or inventory management, including previous work as a Store Manager, Stores Supervisor or Inventory Officer.
- Good understanding of stock controls, recordkeeping and inventory systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, communication, organisation and team leadership.
- Honesty, accountability and attention to detail.
- Preferably resident around Ibeju-Lekki, Awoyaya, Lakowe, Sangotedo or nearby areas, with reliable transport to the work location.
