Store Officer via Castville Solutions – Gbagada

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Store Officer in Gbagada, Lagos through Castville Solutions. The officer will manage stock receipts, storage, movement and inventory documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Check deliveries against purchase orders and verify item condition, quantities and documentation.
• Store, arrange and label items properly for efficient identification and retrieval.
• Release stock against authorised requisitions and record every receipt and issue.
• Conduct regular counts, resolve reconciliation differences and maintain stock cards.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, expired and nearly expired goods.
• Keep the store secure and orderly, comply with safety requirements and prepare inventory reports.
• Support audits and promptly escalate discrepancies and stock shortages.

Qualifications and requirements

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• One to three years of experience in stores, stock control or warehouse operations.
• Practical knowledge of goods receiving, issuance, stock reconciliation and documentation.
• Competence with Microsoft Excel and inventory-management systems.
• Integrity, attention to detail, sound organisation and teamwork.
