Supervisor at Fresh2Go Foods Enterprises – Ibadan – Alakia, Oyo State
Fresh2Go Foods Enterprises is recruiting a full-time Supervisor in Alakia, Ibadan, to coordinate food-retail operations, stock, service quality and staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead staff and oversee day-to-day outlet operations.
- Manage inventories, stocktaking, customer orders and product availability.
- Monitor daily sales and submit accurate weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Support courteous customer service and resolve routine service issues.
- Maintain consistent product quality, portion sizes and presentation.
- Enforce workplace safety, food hygiene and operational procedures.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree.
- One to two years’ supervisory or team-lead experience, preferably in a food-retail business.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Salary
₦85,000–₦100,000 monthly.
