Chef / Kitchen Supervisor at LEAM Consulting Limited – Ring Road, Ibadan
LEAM Consulting Limited is recruiting a Chef / Kitchen Supervisor for an eatery or restaurant in Ring Road, Ibadan. The role combines daily food preparation with supervision of kitchen operations and staff.
Responsibilities
- Cook daily menu items, including jollof rice, fried rice, soups, stews and pasta, to consistent standards.
- Maintain reliable flavour, serving portions, food quality and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen organised, hygienic and compliant with food safety procedures.
- Supervise cooks, kitchen assistants and cleaning staff.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in a relevant course of study.
- Two to three years’ experience as a chef, lead cook or kitchen supervisor in an eatery, restaurant or hotel.
- Good kitchen discipline, speed, honesty and the ability to lead a team firmly.
- Culinary training or certification is an advantage.
