Responsibilities
- To Onboard Customers (Wholesalers), build customers profile accross territories and maintain customer relationships within assigned territories
- Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new customers with Implementation.
- Help customers solve technical problems and ensure smooth adaptation of our product and services
- Leverage feedback forcontinous improvement on the onboarding process
- Provide essential feedback/reports regarding clients within the Territory
Experience and qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, OND qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
- Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon time frame
- Tech Savvy
- Meet and exceed Targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work the highest levels of customer service
- Good Communication skills and problem solving skills
REMUNERATION:-
N70,000 / month.
