Position Title: Supply Chain Assistant.
Job Station: Abuja.
INTRODUCTION :-
Supply Chain Assistant job opportunity is available at an Indigenous Non-profit and Non-governmental Organization for individuals who possess Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Social Sciences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-
- Responsible for analyzing program information, discuss findings and provide feedback to stakeholders and program teams on Support all raising of requisition from various units in terms of specifications and quantification.
- Manage and update Requisition Tracker (Approved Purchase Request)
- Responsible for managing and updating Procurement transaction trackers
- Manage and update data base for market survey for snap shot reference.
- Support all SCM Secretariat activities like flow of memo across all review and approval levels and ensure timely feedback on queried document.
- Support both the SCM Officer and the Associate on all task assigned; Bid review documentation, generation of purchase orders, and raising balance payment for all completed transactions.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Social Sciences. 2 years’ experience. 1 year working experience in donor funded agencies. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Access required;
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
