- The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of the team activities.
Responsibilities
- Relationship management both internal and external.
- Funds mobilization and process management.
- Loan, investment & savings sales & process management.
- Team administration and profitability.
- Staff engagement and management.
- Proactive with money management and ensuring prompt service delivery.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Achieve 100% of your team targets.
- Ensure 100% KYC compliance
- Survey (5% achieved)
- Score from external customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell company products based on monthly distribution.
- Prompt reporting before 9:00am and 5:00pm respectively.
Experience and qualifications
- A first degree in Marketing / Banking & Finance / Business related courses.
- Professional certification in marketing & customer care is a plus.
