Position Title: Team Lead, Projects.

Job Station: Abuja.

INTRODUCTION :-

Team Lead, Projects job opportunity is available at Bilaad Realty Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION :-

• Attends company’s meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Prepares project organization and communication charts.
• Tracks the progress and quality of work being performed by Subcontractors.
• Uses project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the project team and Management.
• Ensures clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Review field inspection reports from Subcontractors throughout the life cycle of the project.
• Organize and train the on-site staff to the requirements of the project, and to assure that those individuals whose functions require the knowledge and understanding of certain documents and procedures, receive and understand that information.
• To have a complete and thorough knowledge and understanding of the Contract Documents, the General Contract and the Subcontracts.
• Resolve minor conflicts that may arise on site.
• Ensure that all subcontractors adhere to Health and Safety procedures and standards.
