Technical Management Trainee (TMT) – Nationwide Nigeria
A multinational telecommunications business is recruiting Technical Management Trainees across Nigeria to support network equipment, troubleshooting and fault resolution.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve faults affecting telecommunications networks.
- Diagnose hardware, software and configuration issues and implement corrections.
- Manage escalated support tickets within agreed response periods.
- Install, prepare and troubleshoot telecommunications network equipment.
- Make circuitry modifications aimed at improving network performance.
Requirements
- First-class or at least second-class upper degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Zero to two years of experience in telecommunications.
- Not older than 30 years and prepared to work in any part of Nigeria.
- Postgraduate study or professional certification in telecommunications or engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is beneficial.
