Subsea Engineer at Oilserv Limited – Lagos
Oilserv Limited is recruiting a Subsea Engineer in Lagos to support deep-water production-system design, equipment integrity, offshore installation and subsea technical assurance.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine subsea trees, manifolds, templates and associated production architectures.
- Maintain subsea control modules and umbilicals through their operating life, supporting integrity and flow assurance.
- Interpret ROV inspections and sensor telemetry to identify wear or developing faults.
- Coordinate safely with offshore rig teams and subsea contractors during equipment installation.
- Prepare specifications and technical records for subsea field developments and infrastructure extensions.
- Diagnose hydraulic and electrical control-system faults to minimise production interruption.
- Evaluate fatigue and structural loading using finite-element analysis and applicable API 17D requirements.
- Apply offshore safety procedures and environmental regulations to all activities.
Requirements
- Practical capability in subsea equipment, controls, offshore installation and technical documentation.
- Ability to interpret subsea inspection data and perform engineering analyses within the stated scope.
