INTRODUCTION:-
Telemarketing Agent (with fluency in Igbo OR Hausa Language) job opportunity is available at ARM Pension Managers (PFA) Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele and communicating with potential customers over the phone to offer the company’s products;
- Respond to customer complaints or concerns with products, and seeking to resolve problems while adhering to company policy
- Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how products meet their needs
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- A First Degree in a relevant field & previous experience in telemarketing is preferred
- Ability to promote a product or service using persuasive language and techniques
- Excellent verbal & phone communication skills, with active listening
- Ability to understand customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
