Job Description

• We have an exciting opportunity to join our commercial team in a Sales & Marketing capacity.
• You must be an enthusiastic and energetic candidate with a proven track record of generating commercial opportunities from various business sector or industry.
• You must be hard-working, ambitious and motivated with a passion for travel sales and the confidence required to go out and hunt for new business

Responsibilities

• Bringing on new business and individual clients
• Generating new opportunities using a variety of methods
• Networking and building relationships
• Delivering sales targets
• Reporting to Team Leader with commercial forecasting process on monthly basis
• Account managing clients for repeat business
• Introducing new product ranges and promotions to existing clients
• Attending trade shows, events and exhibitions to demonstrate products
• Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Sending leads information and contact to back office for follow up and conversions
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product appeal to the target market
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market

Experience and qualifications

Female candidate preferred with:

• Demonstrable experience in the air travel industry sector or similar is essential
• Proven track record of generating new business is essential
• Strong relationship management skills
• Experience of devising an effective sales strategy and growing market share
• Ability to work as part of a team and unsupervised
• Personable, professional and outgoing
• A passion for sales
• Valid Driving Licence

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of HND in a recognised institution.

Work Experience:

• Previous experience in sales and marketing will be an added advantage

• Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Math Skills, Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office, Database Skills, Business, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Target Market Analysis, Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible.

REMUNERATION :-

• A basic salary of NGN 50,000 monthly.
• Uncapped commission structure based on new sales revenue generated weekly
