Treasury Analyst via Elite Talent Placements – Lagos (Hybrid)

An undisclosed payments business is recruiting a hybrid Treasury Analyst in Lagos through Elite Talent Placements. The role supports liquidity, foreign exchange, settlements and reconciliation, with office attendance two days weekly.

Responsibilities

• Compare foreign-exchange rates across banks, liquidity providers and partner institutions.
• Monitor balances across currencies, accounts and payment corridors to maintain timely settlements.
• Coordinate international payments, provider relationships and transaction confirmations.
• Reconcile bank statements, internal ledgers and provider reports and resolve exceptions.
• Maintain accurate rate sheets, payment trackers and liquidity and risk reporting.

Qualifications and requirements

• Two to four years of treasury, payments, finance, FX, banking or fintech operations experience.
• Working understanding of cross-border payments, liquidity, settlements and reconciliation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets competence and accurate numerical work.
• Good communication, prioritisation, integrity and judgement.
• Experience working with banks, fintech or liquidity partners is beneficial.
