Hotel Cashier at Bolton White Group – Abuja
Bolton White Group is recruiting a full-time Hotel Cashier in Abuja to manage guest billing, payments, cashier reconciliations and courteous financial service.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest payments, room charges, refunds and receipts accurately.
- Handle cash, card and other payments while maintaining secure cashier controls.
- Reconcile shift transactions and cash drawers, prepare deposits and daily cashier reports.
- Resolve billing enquiries and support the front-office and food-and-beverage teams.
- Protect guest financial information and observe hotel internal-control procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience as a cashier, teller or finance employee; hotel experience preferred.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale and hotel software such as Opera or Micros, plus Microsoft Office.
- Numeracy, accuracy, integrity, communication and customer service.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
