Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Unit Manager in Benin, Edo State. The role involves building and supervising a real estate sales team, strengthening the agency’s visibility, and driving monthly sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least four competent unit managers, as specified for the position.
- Recruit, train, retain and manage a team of at least 20 sales executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional initiatives and activities to improve the agency’s brand visibility.
- Lead the team towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Generate sales personally and monitor the performance of the wider team.
Remuneration
₦100,000–₦150,000 per month.
