Unit Manager at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited – Uyo, Akwa Ibom
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Unit Manager in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The position will lead sales-team recruitment, training and management while driving agency performance and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, retain and manage at least four competent unit managers, as specified for the role.
- Recruit, train, retain and supervise at least 20 sales executives.
- Develop and execute sales activities, strategies and plans that strengthen brand awareness and support agency targets.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds its monthly sales targets.
- Generate strong sales results and monitor team performance.
