Warehouse & Inventory Manager at Moniepoint Incorporated – Rivers State

Moniepoint Incorporated seeks a Warehouse & Inventory Manager in Rivers State to lead secure, accurate management of POS terminals, repair spare parts and tools. The manager will improve inventory controls, availability, stock costs and auditability across the repair-centre supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop inventory policies, control procedures, cycle-count plans and regular stock reconciliations.
• Oversee terminal and spare-parts movements between inventory, technicians, repair operations and QA; reconcile physical and system records.
• Forecast demand, establish reorder points and safety stocks, reduce shortages and minimise obsolete inventory.
• Use inventory systems and performance data to improve tracking, operating efficiency and audit trails.
• Supervise, train and mentor inventory staff while reinforcing standard operating procedures.
• Work with procurement, partnerships, repair teams, logistics providers and OEMs to keep operations supplied.
• Report stock accuracy, turnover, costs and compliance results to management.
• Improve inventory processes, reduce carrying costs and arrange compliant disposal of obsolete items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least five years’ experience in inventory management, warehousing or a comparable role; repair-centre, distribution or retail experience is preferred.
• Proven supervisory or managerial experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of inventory software and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical decision-making, accuracy, leadership, communication and strong organisation.
• Ability to prioritise work and solve problems in a fast-paced operating environment.
