Sales & Inventory Records Officer at G-Shoppers Global Services Limited – Eliozu, Port Harcourt
G-Shoppers Global Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales and Inventory Records Officer in Eliozu, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role ensures timely and accurate recording of sales, stock, procurement, invoices and other daily business activities.
Responsibilities
- Enter customer sales accurately in the business management system and prepare invoices and pro forma invoices.
- Record procurement, purchased goods, inventory movements, discounts and related transactions.
- Reconcile daily entries and close all transactions before the end of each working day.
- Update product listings and prices, confirming changes with the procurement team.
- Investigate discrepancies and missing documents and coordinate corrections with sales, inventory and procurement colleagues.
- Maintain organised records, supporting files and routine reports for management.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree.
- Practical ability with Google Sheets and Google Docs, including basic spreadsheet formulas and organised data entry.
- Good numeracy, accuracy, integrity, time management and communication.
- Willingness to learn new business systems; prior experience with such systems is not mandatory.
- Relevant work experience and Microsoft Excel knowledge are advantageous rather than required.
- Current residence in Port Harcourt, preferably Eliozu or within convenient commuting distance.
Salary
- Starting salary of ₦100,000 monthly, with potential reviews based on performance and competence.
