Administrative Officer at ECOM – Lagos and Oyo States
ECOM Agroindustrial Corp Limited is recruiting Administrative Officers in Lagos and Oyo States to coordinate office operations, administration, facilities and workplace resources.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative work, meetings, events and office activities.
- Manage stationery, equipment, supplies, maintenance requests and facilities.
- Maintain confidential administrative files and employee records.
- Liaise with service providers and contractors, source procurement quotations and monitor deliveries.
- Track administrative spending, compile supporting documents and prepare periodic reports.
- Support staff onboarding, welfare and a safe, tidy office environment.
- Report faults and ensure compliance with administrative, workplace and HSE policies.
Requirements
- HND in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Technology and Management, Engineering or a relevant field.
- Two to four years’ related office administration or facilities-management experience.
- HSE or office-administration certification is an advantage.
- Experience in agriculture or manufacturing is beneficial.
- Strong organisation, negotiation, communication and multitasking skills.
- Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and commitment to ECOM’s workplace values.
