Administrative Store Officer at Vixa Pharmaceutical Company Limited – Lagos
Vixa Pharmaceutical Company Limited is recruiting an Administrative Store Officer in Lagos to oversee inventory, administrative records and logistics in its factory store.
Responsibilities
- Monitor raw materials, finished goods and other inventory; carry out stock checks, identify discrepancies and reconcile stock records.
- Process purchase requisitions, coordinate procurement and follow up with suppliers on orders, deliveries and supply issues.
- Maintain records of materials received and issued, together with invoices, delivery notes and stock reports.
- Plan storage space, shelving and stock organisation for safe, efficient access.
- Work with production, procurement and finance colleagues on material requirements and forecasts.
- Support quality checks on incoming materials and promptly escalate concerns.
- Safeguard stored items and comply with workplace safety, security and company procedures.
Qualifications and skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a store officer or in a comparable manufacturing-store position.
- Knowledge of inventory management and computerised stock-management systems.
- Strong organisation, record accuracy, attention to detail, multitasking and independent prioritisation.
- Effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving and familiarity with safety procedures.
