Architect at MyKhaban – Lekki

MyKhaban is recruiting an Architect for a hybrid role based in Lekki, Lagos, covering architectural design, construction supervision, project coordination and real estate-related duties.

About the Role

• We are looking for an Architect who can handle design and construction, coordinate projects and real estate, and support administrative and business development work.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural designs and 3D visualizations
• Supervise construction work and make sure it follows the approved designs
• Coordinate projects and manage timelines, teams and deliverables
• Coordinate real estate management activities
• Follow up on contracts and keep them on track
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients and contractors
• Contribute to business development, including client engagement and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years
• Degree in Architecture (MSC advantage)
• Proficiency in Revit and 3D design software (required)
• Strong design and construction knowledge
• Experience in project management or coordination
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Organized, with strong attention to detail.
