Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor at HR Leverage Africa – Abuja, Federal Capital Territory

HR Leverage Africa is recruiting a Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor in Abuja to coordinate recruitment assignments and deliver HR support to clients, working two days on-site and three days remotely.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Officer / HR Advisor to manage recruitment activities and provide general HR support to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and placement.
• Create effective sourcing strategies and maintain a database of qualified candidates.
• Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment updates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up on offers and successful placements.
• Deliver HR advisory support on employee relations, HR policies, and general HR matters.
• Produce recruitment reports, maintain accurate records, and support other HR assignments as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and candidate-sourcing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, meet targets, and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR certification is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 net monthly.
• Commission on every successfully closed recruitment assignment.
