Operations Officer at Micdee Designs Limited – Lagos

Micdee Designs Limited is recruiting an Operations Officer in Lagos to coordinate everyday business processes, administrative resources, vendors and internal support activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational work and monitor adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Organise office administration, facilities, supplies and other resources needed by teams.
• Support meetings and internal events and liaise with colleagues, suppliers and service providers.
• Track requests, procurement quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, assets and service agreements.
• Maintain accurate operational records, identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare updates on activities, resource use and process performance, and assist with policy implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management or a similar field.
• Two to four years of relevant experience in operations or business administration.
• Strong organisation, stakeholder coordination, Microsoft Office, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professionalism, discretion, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Experience in construction, interior design or project delivery is an added advantage.

Salary

• ₦150,000–₦200,000 monthly.
