Area Sales Manager via Ascentech Services Limited – Ibadan, Oyo
An undisclosed cosmetics and personal-care manufacturer is recruiting an Area Sales Manager in Ibadan through Ascentech Services Limited to increase market coverage and distributor performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory sales plans, deliver targets and generate new business.
- Manage key accounts, distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
- Identify market opportunities, customer feedback and relevant competitor movements.
- Supervise field sales representatives and analyse monthly sales performance.
Qualifications and requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Three to five years’ sales experience, preferably in cosmetics, personal care or FMCG.
- Proven distributor and territory development experience.
- Good knowledge of Ibadan markets and strong negotiation, leadership and reporting skills.
Salary
₦375,000 monthly.
