Sales Manager – Paper Packaging Industry via Elite Talent Placements – Ogun State
An undisclosed paper-packaging business is recruiting two Sales Managers in Ogun State through Elite Talent Placements to expand wholesale, distributor and open-market sales.
Responsibilities
- Create sales plans and develop new markets and revenue opportunities.
- Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key commercial customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms, respond to competitor activity and monitor pricing and market trends.
- Work with production and operations to deliver customer orders promptly.
- Track sales performance, report to management and supervise sales staff where required.
Qualifications and requirements
- Proven traditional and open-market sales experience, including distribution development.
- Previous mid-level or senior sales-management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial awareness, market research and client management skills.
- Experience in paper, plastic or food packaging is preferred; FMCG and related sector experience advantageous.
