Sugar Instinct Cakes (The Batter Company) is seeking a Senior Baker in Abuja to lead technical production, guide bakery workers and maintain product quality under approved recipes and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Lead bakery production and follow approved recipes and schedules.
- Supervise mixing, fermentation, proofing and baking and check dough consistency.
- Coach operators, solve production problems and train junior bakery staff.
- Control ingredient use, reduce waste and follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Maintain production records and report quality or operational problems.
Qualifications and requirements
- At least five years of commercial baking or bread-production experience.
- Knowledge of industrial bakery machines, dough preparation, proofing and baking.
- Experience supervising operators and willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Strong attention to product quality and consistency.
Salary expectation
₦250,000 monthly.
