Auto Sales Executive – 2 & 3 Wheelers at The Simba Group – Nigeria

The Simba Group is recruiting an Auto Sales Executive for two- and three-wheeler vehicles in Abuja (FCT), Adamawa, Enugu, Kano, Lagos, Oyo, Rivers and Sokoto. The role develops customer relationships, demonstrates products and supports sales transactions and market growth.

Sales and customer relationships

• Develop sales approaches to achieve or exceed targets for two- and three-wheeler products.
• Build productive relationships with existing and prospective buyers, encouraging repeat purchases and referrals.
• Monitor competitors, customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and presentations covering model features and benefits.
• Help customers select suitable motorcycles and three-wheelers based on their requirements and budgets.
• Explain prices, financing arrangements, warranty coverage and after-sales services clearly.
• Negotiate sales agreements and terms with customers.
• Work with sales management and finance colleagues to complete transactions.

Product and team development

• Share coaching, training and feedback with sales colleagues as required.
• Keep knowledge of industry developments and competitor products up to date.
• Participate in sales meetings, internal training and workshops.

Preferred experience

Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
