A bakery in Oregun, Lagos, is hiring a Baker / Business Manager through Zee Recruits Hub to manage product quality, baking operations, inventory, staff and customer service.

Job Summary

• Zee Recruits Hub is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced and business minded Baker who can oversee baking activities and manage the day to day operations of a bakery.

Job Responsibilities

• Produce and oversee the production of quality baked goods.
• Coordinate daily bakery operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Track inventory, ingredients, and supplies to minimise waste.
• Supervise staff and coordinate daily tasks.
• Keep proper hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
• Track sales, customer orders, and customer satisfaction.
• Keep records of daily activities and support effective business management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or OND with proven experience as a Baker, preferably with bakery management experience.
• Good knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and production processes.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, stock, and daily operations.
• Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to the growth of the business.

Salary

N150,000 – N180,000 monthly, depending on experience.
