Experience and qualifications
- B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Food Technology, Food Handling, Pastry Arts or relevant discipline is an advantage
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in the food production or foods retail industry, especially in bakery department in a reputable company is a strict requirement.
- Knowledge of relevant safety legislation and Hazard Analysis and Critical control Point (HACCP) rules.
- A desire for continuous food improvement and professional development.
- Trade Test certificate / OND / City and Guild will be an added advantage.
REMUNERATION:-
N100,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
