Beauty & Skincare Advisor (Customer Care & Digital Experience Support) at an Undisclosed Beauty Company via Talent Spur Advisory – Lekki
An undisclosed cosmetics and beauty business is recruiting a Beauty & Skincare Advisor in Lekki through Talent Spur Advisory Limited. This fully on-site position supports customers in a physical retail environment and on digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through Instagram, WhatsApp, email, website chat and approved channels.
- Explain skincare and haircare product benefits, ingredients, suitability and use from approved information.
- Support walk-in customers, product demonstrations, orders and in-store purchases.
- Handle routine complaints professionally and escalate technical or product issues.
- Maintain customer and enquiry records, follow up on issues and collect post-purchase feedback.
- Prepare weekly reports on customer experiences and trends and share service-improvement insights.
Requirements
- OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Customer Service or a related discipline.
- Four to five years’ experience in customer care, digital support or retail customer engagement.
- Experience supporting premium lifestyle or cosmetics brands; beauty, haircare, skincare or FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Competence in Instagram, WhatsApp Business, email, CRM and customer databases.
- Good knowledge of skincare products, communication skills, problem-solving and sound judgement.
- Availability to work fully on-site in Lagos; additional relevant training is advantageous.
Compensation
Base salary, sales commissions and a KPI-linked bonus tied to sales performance, customer satisfaction and service delivery.
