Customer Experience & Partnerships Executive at GKT Consults – Lagos
GKT Consults Limited is recruiting a full-time Customer Experience & Partnerships Executive in Lagos to manage client enquiries, improve service delivery and develop business relationships for its transport and logistics services.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, transport bookings, feedback and complaints through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website and other digital channels.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, payment links and receipts and follow up on outstanding customer requests and payments.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop corporate and institutional partnerships with organisations, travel agencies, hotels, vendors and other relevant stakeholders.
- Use digital marketing, social media and online engagement to generate leads and strengthen the business’s online presence.
- Monitor service satisfaction and propose improvements to the booking and customer experience.
- Maintain accurate business-development and client records and provide regular activity reports.
Qualifications and requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
- Experience in sales, customer service, partnerships, digital marketing or business development is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, organisation and communication skills.
- Understanding of e-commerce, social media and digital customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital business tools.
- Initiative, commercial awareness and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
