Job Description

• The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Relationship management both internal and external.
• Funds mobilization and process management.
• Loan, investment & savings sales & process management.
• Branch administration and profitability.
• Staff engagement and management.
• Proactive with money management and ensuring prompt service delivery.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Achieve 100% of your branch targets.
• Ensure 100% KYC compliance
• Survey (5% achieved)
• Score from external customer satisfaction.
• Cross-sell company products based on monthly distribution.
• Prompt reporting before 9:00am and 4:00pm respectively.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

• A first degree in Marketing/Banking & Finance/Business related courses.
• Professional certification in marketing & customer care is a plus.

REMUNERATION:-

NGN100,000 / Month
