Responsibilities

Corporate Communication:

• Participate in the preparation, implementation, and review of group’s short- term and long –term brand and communications strategies.
• Develop and drive the implementation of public relations strategies, policies, and processes
• Ensure clear and concise internal communication across the Group in line with business strategy and objectives
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including media, public relations, creative, digital, experiential agencies, and other governmental agencies etc. to improve the reputation of the Group
• Monitor and enforce brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by the MD.

Product Communication:

• Coordinate the implementation of agreed communication strategy and plans
• Produce high quality content that engages customers and build brand recognition across channels and platforms.
• Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner
• Monitor, collect, compile, and evaluate relevant marketing data, information and trends that affect business performance and propose relevant actions for management intervention
• Create authoritative, informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, social posts and related marketing materials.
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
• Membership of relevant professional body
• Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a world class organization out of which 2 years must be in brand/ marketing function preferably in an E-commerce/Fintech company
• Proven experience in team and vendor management
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail, a head for problem solving and teamwork skills
• Must be efficient with Microsoft office tools.
