Woodgate Structure Limited is recruiting a full-time Chef in Choba / Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes according to menus, recipes and established kitchen standards.
- Maintain consistent flavour, portions, quality and presentation.
- Store, handle and preserve food safely and maintain kitchen hygiene.
- Control ingredient usage and wastage and monitor portion sizes.
- Coordinate kitchen preparation and service with other staff.
Requirements
- Culinary qualifications or professional training are an advantage.
- Proven chef experience in a restaurant, hotel or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong cooking, presentation, food safety and sanitation skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, time management and ability to work under pressure.
