Cleaner / Housekeeping Assistant at 252 Lighthouse Children’s Centre – Lokogoma, Abuja
252 Lighthouse Children’s Centre seeks a Cleaner / Housekeeping Assistant in Lokogoma, Abuja, to keep rooms, play areas and shared facilities clean, orderly and safe.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise activity rooms, salon spaces, offices, toilets and corridors.
- Maintain indoor and outdoor play areas, toys, furniture and high-touch equipment.
- Dispose of waste correctly, monitor supplies and keep cleaning materials away from children.
- Report hazards, spills and damage and clean spaces before and after sessions or events.
Qualifications and requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience and basic hygiene knowledge are advantageous.
- Reliability, punctuality, physical ability to clean and consistent attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow child-safeguarding rules, supply references and undertake training and checks.
- Experience in childcare, schools, hotels or recreation facilities is an advantage.
