Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily meals for a private household.
• Organise grocery purchases and keep kitchen operations orderly.
• Apply appropriate food safety, hygiene and nutrition standards and respect dietary requirements.

Qualifications and requirements

• Proven experience as a personal chef, private chef or senior cook.
• Excellent knowledge of Nigerian, continental and international cooking.
• Understanding of nutrition, food hygiene and different dietary needs.
• Strong organisation, time management and access to Ogun State.
• Professional culinary certification is an advantage.
