Client Results Manager via Travicon Global Services – Gwarimpa, Abuja

Travicon Global Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Client Results Manager for a fitness business in Gwarimpa, Abuja. The role combines client progress monitoring, sales, renewals and service performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client fitness goals, progress and body composition results.
• Recommend suitable personal training packages and meal plans.
• Drive membership renewals, customer retention, sales and upselling.
• Track key performance indicators, client satisfaction and staff performance.
• Resolve client concerns with trainers and branch managers.
• Analyse performance information and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Visit gym branches across Abuja two to three times per week to review operations and client outcomes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in sales, client relationship management or fitness operations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and client retention abilities.
• Ability to understand body composition reports and track progress.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Analytical judgement, problem-solving skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of nutrition, fitness or personal training is an advantage.

Remuneration

• Monthly salary of ₦250,000.
