Client Service Representative at One Charming Party – Lagos Island

One Charming Party is recruiting a full-time Client Service Representative on Lagos Island to manage premium client communications, enquiries, bookings and service relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and courteously to enquiries by telephone, email, WhatsApp and face-to-face meetings.
• Build client relationships, understand event expectations and explain approved services, processes, timelines and deliverables.
• Log enquiries, client preferences, bookings, follow-ups and feedback in company tracking systems.
• Work with project, creative and operations teams to communicate requirements, feedback and authorised changes accurately.
• Handle complaints calmly within approved limits and escalate sensitive issues to management.
• Provide client updates throughout projects, protect personal and confidential information, and suggest service improvements.
• Prepare regular reports covering enquiries, bookings, complaints and outstanding issues while maintaining a polished professional presentation.

• Emotional intelligence, initiative, sound judgement, negotiation and effective complaint resolution.
• Knowledge of luxury customer service and professional personal grooming.

• Digital record-keeping ability using Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp Business and approved client systems.
• Confidence engaging clients from different backgrounds and converting enquiries to bookings without undue pressure.
