Health4You Initiative is recruiting a remote Volunteer Customer Service & Outreach Officer to introduce schools and educators to its mental-health training programmes.
Location and eligibility: Remote — anywhere in Nigeria. Applicants may be based anywhere within Nigeria.
Volunteer responsibilities
- Contact school leaders, principals and teachers through email and telephone.
- Explain the training programmes, answer enquiries and encourage school and educator registrations.
- Provide courteous customer support and help expand awareness of the initiative’s resources.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-direction and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- An interest in education, youth mental health and advocacy.
