IT Service Monitoring and Operations Officer at Avetium Outsourcing Limited – Lagos
Avetium Outsourcing Limited is recruiting a contract IT Service Monitoring and Operations Officer in Lagos to maintain the performance, availability and security of IT services.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IT services and supporting infrastructure through tools such as Grafana, SolarWinds, Nagios and ManageEngine.
- Identify service issues, troubleshoot faults and collaborate with IT colleagues to reduce downtime.
- Analyse service performance information and report findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related studies.
- One to three years of experience in IT monitoring, help desk or related support.
- Knowledge of servers, networking, databases, AWS or Azure, and monitoring platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
