Hotel Manager at Undisclosed Company via Quest Employment – Ibeju-Lekki

A hotel in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Hotel Manager through Quest Employment. The role oversees the whole property, with particular responsibility for the restaurant, kitchen, room service and bar operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food-and-beverage and other departments.
• Lead staff performance and address guest concerns, special requests and VIP services.
• Manage restaurant, kitchen, bar and room-service quality, menus and hygiene with the chef and team.
• Use promotions, themed offerings and upselling to grow food-and-beverage sales.
• Develop operating procedures for kitchens, service, stock, food costs and customer experience.
• Manage budgets, occupancy, revenue forecasts, labour costs and key measures such as ADR and RevPAR.
• Support hotel marketing, housekeeping standards, regulatory compliance and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Three to five years’ experience in hotel, restaurant or food-and-beverage management.
• At least two years’ management experience.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, kitchen supervision and hospitality financial controls.
• Leadership, communication and ability to implement service standards and operating procedures.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and under pressure.
• Hospitality qualification or certification is an advantage.

Salary and benefits

Gross salary of ₦250,000–₦350,000 per month, plus pension, HMO, staff meals and leave allowance.
