Consumer Lending Officer job opportunity is available at Madas Company Limited for individuals who possess HND /B.A in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

This is not limited to the following:

• Manage day-to-day Consumer Credit team operations.
• Build, develop, and grow team members for optimum performance
• Constantly liaise, coach mentor, and motivate team members team for optimal lead generations and conversion.
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring team members meet set targets
• Conduct a deep-dive analysis of key growth indicators for products, people, and process optimization.
• Generate and contribute via market analysis and customer perception of new products.
• Motivate, train, and maintain a healthy and effective team
• Identify, develop, and implement process change towards improving customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
• Must be able to bring in Deposits
• Must have existing contacts

Experience and qualifications

• A minimum of an HND /B.A in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Equivalent experience in related field acceptable as well
• 3-7years’ experience
• Must be an intermediate level user of Microsoft office suite {Word, Excel and PowerPoint}
• Must have passion for Sales
• Must be able to bring in Deposits
• Must have existing contacts

Knowledge, Skills and Competency:

• 3-5 years+ of progressive experience in sales and marketing of financial products (Consumer Lending)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target.
• Availability of sales contact
• Must possess a huge cabal
• Ability to bring in huge deposits
• Solving, and change management skills.
• Solid understanding of the financial market and products.
• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
• Familiarity with relevant software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Critical thinking skills, analytical
• Creatively-minded, good at thinking ‘outside the box’
• Skills of persuasion
• Computer skills
• Ability to travel when necessary to meet with customers and/or stakeholders and build business relationships
