Facility and Procurement Officer at Saint Tee’s Empire – Lekki–Epe Expressway, Lagos

Saint Tee’s Empire is recruiting a full-time Facility and Procurement Officer at Ciscacecil RTW on the Lekki–Epe Expressway in Lagos. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the role coordinates facility maintenance, inspections, safety and service vendors.

Job Summary

• The Facility and Procurement Officer is responsible for ensuring that the organisation’s facilities, equipment and work environment are clean, safe, functional and properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the office building, furniture, equipment and utilities are properly maintained.
• Conduct routine inspections and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Monitor cleaning, sanitation, waste disposal and general workplace conditions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety and security procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance vendors, technicians and contractors.
• Monitor facility supplies, equipment inventory and maintenance expenses.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections and facility-related incidents.
• Respond promptly to facility complaints and report issues to the Head of Operations.
• Recommend cost-effective ways to improve facility maintenance and operations.

• Timely resolution of maintenance issues.
• Cleanliness and functionality of the workplace.
• Compliance with safety standards.
• Effective control of maintenance costs.
• Accurate record-keeping and timely reporting.

Qualifications and Requirements

• OND, HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in facility management or maintenance is an advantage.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, maintain records and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety and facility maintenance.
